Deep Myofascial Release and Yin Yoga$45Myofascial refers to the network of connective tissues that surrounds and includes your muscles offering support and reducing friction during everyday movement. It allows us to move effortlessly and without pain. In this workshop we will work with yoga balls to release deep hidden stress and trauma and to soften the fascia of the whole body. We'll do this by moving through Yin yoga poses working deep into the joints and the bones . We will end with a long, well-earned savasana . Deep fascial release can sometimes be a bit uncomfortable, however you are in charge of how much pressure you apply. It is your body and you work as deep as you need. You can be sure your body will be very glad you decided to take this workshop!
