Join Tamara for a workshop designed to build the strength, technique, and confidence needed to find your balance! Class will begin with a fun flow to warm up and some drills to bring awareness to the core muscles needed for balance. After that you’ll focus in on some poses such as Tree, Dancer and Warrior III, using props and partner work to help you find you balance safely and comfortably! This workshop is safe for all levels and can be modified for those with injuries! Please bring water, a mat, a sense of humor as we're sure to to take a few tumbles, and come ready to surprise yourself with what you're capable of!
